The first editions of Mayfield's signature underwear will include a "pair in the colors of his alma mater, Oklahoma, as well as one in Cleveland Browns' brown and orange." The trustee overseeing BK Racing "agreed to sell some secondary assets to Obaika Racing for $265,000 and a tractor to Rick Ware Racing for $35,000." U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge J. Craig Whitley "set a Thursday hearing to determine whether the sale is in the best interest of the estate." GMS Racing, which had bid $1.8M, "didn't attempt to match Front Row's bid" (ESPN.com, 8/21).

Sources said GMS is in discussions to secure a different charter now in order to enter into the Monster Energy Cup Series in '19 (Adam Stern, Staff Writer).

As part of the deal, the "first 15,000 fans who go through the MetLife Stadium gates on Oct. 21" for a game against the Vikings "will receive a bobblehead of Hulk standing on a Jets-logoed football field." Toyota is the "presenting sponsor of the entire promotion, dubbed 'Green Out,' and its logo will be on the bobbblehead." Marvel will "work with stadium officials to set the green theme throughout the day, from lighting, to the video board and music." A Hulk character "will be in attendance and Thor will represent the visiting Vikings." This is the "first such deal for Marvel in the NFL" (SPORTS BUSINESS JOURNAL, 8/20 issue).

The Jets also recently reached a deal with Def Jam Recordings, another brand decidedly non-endemic to football.
