Stewart-Haas Racing Confirms Monster Energy Sponsorship

Stewart-Haas Racing today formally announced that Monster Energy will sponsor the No. 41 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Chevy driven by Kurt Busch next season. The car will carry Monster's logo on the hood for 17 races and will be "featured on the quarter panel for 18 races, along with one race as the primary sponsor." Monster "will make its debut on the car next weekend at Martinsville Speedway." Monster in '15 backed Joe Gibbs Racing's No. 54 NASCAR Xfinity Series car, driven by Kyle Busch "for a majority of the season." Kurt also has repped the brand "for the past three years"(MOTORSPORT.com, 10/21).
