Senior Vice President, Insights & Strategy
As the leader of Octagon’s Insights & Strategy division, Jeff is responsible for bringing analytical thinking and rigor to every stage of the planning process for Octagon’s corporate consulting clients. From target consumer profiles to sponsorship strategies, property selection to ROI measurement, Jeff is actively involved in developing data-driven strategies for most of Octagon’s blue chip retainer clients.
In addition to client work, Jeff has played an integral role in the development and evolution of Octagon’s proprietary research studies, Passion Drivers®, designed to quantify why fans are fans, and Passion Shift™, built to understand the ever-growing complexity of sport and entertainment consumption across digital, social media and mobile platforms. He also plays a pivotal role in Octagon’s new business efforts and has grown his team significantly over the past several years as the group has developed additional product offerings around sponsorship portfolio management and governance, asset valuation and measurement.
Jeff graduated from Mercyhurst University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and earned his Master’s degree in Education from Bowling Green State University. Meeson lives in Norwalk, CT with family.
