Boras spent the offseason cultivating intrigue for Harper, controlling his client’s narrative and not tipping his hand until it came time to sign.

Negotiating contract extensions for high-profile NFL players Drew Brees and Aaron Donald and big-name TV personalities Max Kellerman and Mina Kimes kept CAA in the spotlight in 2019. The agency also broke its own record by repping 11 of the 32 first-round picks in the NFL draft, including six of the top nine picks.
