Stealth SME adds multicultural marketer GlobalWorks

Stealth SME, a marketing and athlete representation firm recently created through a six-agency rollup, has brought on additional capabilities.

GlobalWorks, a 15-year-old New York City-based multicultural marketing agency, has been added to the firm in what Stealth partner John Cimperman termed “a strategic investment.”

GlobalWorks has around 35 employes and a client roster that includes Allstate and Dish Network.

While five of the original six agencies in the rollup were talent representation firms, Cimperman said that by year’s end, he expects to have added three more agencies, which would swell employee count to 150 people.

“When we’re in front of clients like Coors or BofA, we just want to show we have resources, because I know we can handle the work,” Cimperman said, adding that he’s also looking to add agencies with digital expertise and an event company, “not an experiential marketing firm, but one that can produce proprietary events.”

Stealth SME was founded in March when a group of investors acquired five sports talent representation firms and brand activation agency Cenergy.

Stealth currently represents more than 200 athletes in the NFL, NHL, NBA and MLB through its five talent firms.

The agencies acquired were CMG Sports, which represents more than 100 NHL players and prospects and is headed by Allain Roy; Dutt Sports Services, headed by veteran NBA agent Tony Dutt; Life Sports Management, headed by NBA agent Todd Ramasar; Sloan Sports Agency, headed by NFL and MLB agent Alfred “Chip” Sloan; and Envision Sports Agency, headed by NBA agent Dwon Clifton.

Stealth, which is headquartered in New York City, has offices in London, Los Angeles, Houston, St. Louis and Aurora, N.Y.
