Franchise Notes: AIK Offering Fans Lifetime Season Tickets

Allsvenskan side AIK fans will be able to purchase an "infinity card" for 189,100 krona.GETTY IMAGES

Allsvenskan side AIK is selling a lifelong season-ticket worth more than £16,000 ($20,450) ahead of next season. The club released a new "infinity card," which will be valid as long as its holder lives -- so long as her or she "can drum up the not insignificant fee to purchase it in the first place." The price for a permanent seat at the Stockholm club’s Friends Arena is 189,100 krona ($20,800), "a symbolic reference" to its founding year, 1891 (London INDEPENDENT, 11/29).

ManU released its "bizarre" leopard-print kit made for FIFA 19 and fans took to social media to give their thoughts on the £65 ($83) shirt. Real Madrid, Juventus and Bayern Munich will also have fourth kits available to buy even though the teams "will not wear them in real life" (London DAILY MAIL, 11/29).

League two side Morecambe failed to pay its players on time. Players were due to be paid on Wednesday, but the situation is expected to be resolved by Friday (BBC, 11/28).
