TORNEO FEDERAL B COSTLY: In Buenos Aires, Pablo Villarruel reported the 11 clubs that participate in Argentina's Torneo Federal B will "work with excitement ahead of the upcoming season after a restructure proposed by the AFA that will offer a greater number of promotions to the Argentino B." But "unfortunately for the teams, not only has the number of spots increased, but the costs those teams will have to pay for each of their home games will also rise." Each of the 11 teams will have to pay nearly $30,000 to host each match, "with the problem being that they will not benefit with profit due to the ban on visiting fans" (LOS ANDES, 7/30).
