German Ski Federation To Submit Bid To Host '20 Or '21 Biathlon World Championships

German Ski Federation (DSV) VP Heiko Krause confirmed that the organization "will submit a bid to host the 2020 or 2021 Biathlon World Championships in Oberhof," according to the SID. Krause said, "We want to continue with tradition. After the world championships in Oberhof in 2004 and Ruhpolding in 2012, it's not something like Schalke but Oberhof again." The Int'l Biathlon Union will award the 2020 and 2021 world championships at its congress in '16 (SID, 1/3).
