Rams find new CMO in former Live Nation exec

The Rams have named former Live Nation and Ticketmaster CMO Kathryn Kai-Ling Frederick to the same position. Frederick will oversee all marketing and media across the franchise, including brand strategy, performance analytics and content. She reports to COO Kevin Demoff. Frederick replaces Ronalee Zarate-Bayani, who stepped down at the end of the '20 season after a four-year stint that included the opening of SoFi Stadium. Frederick started as Senior VP at Ticketmaster in July '15 before being promoted to CMO of Ticketmaster and later the parent company in '20. At Ticketmaster, she built the company’s consumer marketing function. Frederick is also is co-Chair of the AAPI CMO Leadership’s sports and entertainment committee, and was active in several diversity/equity/inclusion efforts at Ticketmaster. The Rams handled the search in house.
