T-Mobile signs on as SEC, SEC Network sponsor

T-Mobile has signed on as a sponsor of the SEC Network, as well as the conference itself as its official 5G sponsor. The deal gets T-Mobile presenting sponsor status on the net’s “SEC Saturday Night” football telecasts and for softball telecasts on the SEC Network. The cellular carrier will also be integrated within the “SEC Nation” football pregame show, and across the SEC Net programming. T-Mobile is expected to support its conference sponsorship with several high-visibility team deals, including Alabama. T-Mobile Senior VP Business Development & Partnerships Mike Belcher said, “we know the power of the SEC and it also lines up well with so many of the markets we’re targeting, as 5G continues to roll out.”
