AdventHealth To Sponsor Magic's New Training Facility

The Magic have signed a naming-rights deal for their new practice facility with AdventHealth. Terms of the multiyear deal were not disclosed for the new $70M, 130,000-sqaure-foot facility to be called AdventHealth Training Center. The Magic, owned by the DeVos family, and AdventHealth execs will officially announce the deal this afternoon. The facility is set to open in the second quarter of next year in downtown Orlando one block from Amway Center. It was designed by HOK and the general contractor is Balfour Beatty. No agencies were used in the deal.

AdventHealth is a longtime Magic sponsor and also owns entitlement to the team’s current practice center that is located inside Amway Center. In addition to a new state-of-the-art practice facility for the team, the training center will include a 33,300-square-foot medical center open to the public.
