49ers' Investment Arm Ups Stake In EPL's Leeds To 37%

49ers Enterprises has upped its minority stake in EPL club Leeds to 37%, with 49ers Enterprises President and current Leeds Board Member Paraag Marathe becoming Vice Chair of the soccer club. This builds on a strategic partnership and equity stake initiated in '18 when the 49ers' investment arm purchased 15% of Leeds from Andrea Radrizzani, who remains the majority stakeholder. Marathe will be more involved in the decision-making process and day-to-day operations of the club moving forward, both on the pitch and in business operations (THE DAILY).
