MLB, Satisfi Labs Roll Out Alexa Skill In Time For World Series

AI platform Satisfi Labs and MLB are bringing one of the most knowledgeable Alexa skills to the market in time for the World Series. For fans of the Nationals and Astros, two of Satisfi Labs’ clients, they now have multiple ways to access the knowledge base Satisfi has built for MLB, providing more insights around live audio streaming, answers to player stats and historical knowledge. New to this skill is the multimodal feature that allows fans to access game highlights and video clips on Alexa devices such as the Echo Show, Echo Spot and Fire TV.

In addition, Gameday Audio subscribers can link their MLB accounts to listen to every live MLB game on their Alexa-enabled devices. To get started, users can say, "Alexa, open MLB," and are immediately able to ask questions and receive answers. “The future is on-demand information.
