Uninterrupted Partners With DAZN On Boxing Docuseries

LeBron James and Maverick Carter's digital media company Uninterrupted is rolling out a “24/7”-style docuseries that will run in the weeks before the May 4 Canelo Alvarez-Daniel Jacobs boxing match. The “40 Days” series, named after the eight weeks of training boxers use to prepare for a prizefight, will go behind the scenes and endeavor to tell stories to personalize the athletes. It will debut April 23 on DAZN and Uninterrupted’s digital media platform before moving to Univision, NBCSN and several RSNs. The second episode is scheduled for April 30. The series will be exec produced by James and Carter in association with DAZN and Golden Boy. The move is significant for DAZN, which has been adding more non-event programming to its schedule, like an MLB whiparound show hosted by Adnan Virk.
