Pain Relief Brand Biofreeze To Sponsor NYRR In Three-Year Deal

Pain reliever brand Biofreeze has signed a three-year sponsorship deal with N.Y. Road Runners to become the “official external pain reliever” of the TCS New York City Marathon and the NYRR Five-Borough Series. Also, Biofreeze will be the presenting sponsor of NYRR’s pace team program, which allows beginners training for full and half marathons to get help from veteran runners. Official pacekeeping runners in the marathon will wear Biofreeze-branded uniforms, and the brand will offer samples at races. Financial terms are unknown. Biofreeze joins as a strategic partner, the same tier as Foot Locker, Popular Bank and Michelob Ultra.
