MLS Timbers Begin Selling Single-Game Tickets Amid High Demand

The MLS Timbers last night placed single-game tickets on sale at Jeld-Wen Field, and by the time sales began at 7:00pm PT, the line "snaked from the box office through some crowd-control lines inside the plaza area" in front of the stadium and "up SW. 20th Ave." in Portland. Demand was "heightened after the Timbers sold all 12,500 season tickets, as well as all half-season tickets and five-game packages." Sales continue today at the box office and via Ticketmaster (OREGONLIVE.com, 3/21).
