Hyperice Becomes Official Recovery Technology Partner Of NFL

Recovery technology firm Hyperice signed a new multiyear partnership with the NFL, which names the company the official recovery technology partner of the league. The multiyear sponsorship begins with Thursday's Week 12 games. The partnership brings Hyperice's products and technologies to NFL facilities and environments -- to optimize player performance, improve mobility and speed up recovery. Players will now have access to the full suite of Hyperice and NormaTec technologies including Hypervolt, Hypersphere, Vyper and Venom lines. Hyperice and the NFL also will work together with PFATS (The Professional Football Athletic Trainers Society) to deliver recovery technology solutions to NFL member clubs in an effort to prioritize player performance. Hyperice will collaborate with PFATS to drive innovation and research aimed at improving athlete longevity league-wide. Hyperice also will integrate recovery technology into the NFL Scouting Combine for prospects to use before, during and after participation in on-field drills. In addition, Hyperice will develop exclusive warm up, recovery and body maintenance video content with NFL players for the newly launched Hyperice app. Hyperice has investments from NFLers including Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes, Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey, Texans DE J.J. Watt and Browns WR Jarvis Landry. Hyperice last month was valued at $700M after raising $48M from the NBA, the NFL's investment arm 32 Equity and a number of pro athletes. It also became the official recovery technology partner of MLB in October.
