Panthers Switch BofA Stadium Pouring Rights To Coca-Cola

The NFL Panthers on Friday announced Coca-Cola has acquired the pouring rights at Bank of America Stadium beginning with a pair of Concacaf Gold Cup matches on Sunday. Coca-Cola's deal, which includes becoming the official soft drink of the NFL club, ends PepsiCo's longtime run at the Charlotte venue. Pepsi took over exclusive soda rights at the stadium in '03 after Coca-Cola held them during the first seven years the stadium was open. Coca-Cola now has pouring rights at an NFL-high 16 venues, followed by PepsiCo with 13. Keurig Dr Pepper has rights at three NFL venues, sharing the rights with Pepsi at the Cowboys' AT&T Stadium. Pouring rights have not been announced for the Raiders' Las Vegas venue, nor the Rams/Chargers stadium being built in Inglewood.
