City National Bank is "doubling down" in the Las Vegas sports market, announcing a deal with MGM Resorts Int'l and AEG to "become the exclusive financial services partner for T-Mobile Arena and MGM Grand Garden Arena." City National was "already the official bank" of the Golden Knights, and "holds the naming rights" to the team's practice facility in Summerlin. The bank will also "have a beefed-up brand presence" at the arenas (LAS VEGAS SUN, 4/16).

LOCAL ARTS SCENE: In San Antonio, Madalyn Mendoza noted Spurs fans can now buy a "limited line of wallets, key chains and other leather goods crafted by Bexar Goods Co. in collaboration with the team." The nine-piece collection is "all made locally and features the Spurs brand with the team's throwback colors as well as buck brown and black" (SAN ANTONIO EXPRESS-NEWS, 4/16).

GETTING THINGS ROLLING: In Boston, Olivia Vanni noted Red Sox manager Alex Cora has just filmed an "upcoming commercial" for Massachusetts-based Sullivan Tire. The ad is "slated to start airing during Red Sox games in May" (BOSTONHERALD.com, 4/14).
