NHL Hires Industry Vet John Lewicki To Work On Int'l Business

The NHL has hired JOHN LEWICKI as VP/Int'l Business Development & Partnerships, a new position for the league. Lewicki, who has more than 20 years of experience in sports marketing, has spent the last 11 years at McDonald’s. He most recently was the QSR's Head of Global Alliances, managing the company’s global, national and local alliance portfolio. At the NHL, he will be responsible for developing the league’s strategic partnerships, with a specific focus on growth in Europe and Asia. He will report directly to NHL Chief Business Officer KEITH WACHTEL and will be based in N.Y. His hiring is effective immediately.

TNT’s Stan Van Gundy, ESPN’s Tim Reed, NBA Playoffs and NFL Draft
