The 3,600-square-foot, "stone-accented" house has "five bedrooms and five bathrooms plus a more than 600-square-foot finished basement with professional wet bar" (VARIETY.com, 3/26)....Gold Medal-winning U.S. volleyball player KARCH KIRALY is selling his home in San Clemente, Calif., for $3.675M. The 3,858-square-foot, four-bedroom house "sports decks with ocean views, heated towel racks in the master suite and a shower in the backyard" (DAILYNEWS.com, 3/26)....Former NBAer KRIS HUMPHRIES has "lowered the price of his Minnesota lake house" to $1.586M. The property in Mound, Minn., offers "three levels of living spaces overlooking Lake Minnetonka." In 4,716 square feet, there are "four bedrooms, four bathrooms, an elevator and a handful of bright, open common spaces" (LATIMES.com, 3/22)....NASCAR driver KURT BUSCH is selling 138 acres of undeveloped land in Mooresville, N.C., for $7.626M. The property "roughly 30 miles outside Charlotte" consists of "plains and wooded pastures" (LATIMES.com, 3/26).
