A new lawsuit looks to limit Belinda Stronach's current role as Stronach Group Chair & President GETTY IMAGES

The youngest member of the Stronach family has "added another strand to a web of lawsuits over control of the family fortune," as 18-year-old SELENA STRONACH filed a lawsuit in early February aimed at "limiting the role of her aunt," Stronach Group Chair & President BELINDA STRONACH. Selena is "one of the three grandchildren" of Stronach Group Founder FRANK STRONACH (THEGLOBEANDMAIL.com, 2/13).

PHILLY INFLUENCER: In Philadelphia, Mike Sielski profiled Phillies Special Assistant to the GM BRYAN MINNITI, an "important figure" for the team and an example of how the Phillies have "evolved and changed" under President ANDY MACPHAIL. Minniti and VP & GM MATT KLENTAK have been "friends for 15 years," and Minniti has "influence within the organization." He is not the "man on top, but he has the ears of those who are, and for a franchise that was once too old-school for its own good," Minniti has "no small say in the Phillies' future" (PHILLY.com, 2/13).

ALL-STAR FESTIVITIES: Singer ANTHONY HAMILTON will host an "unofficial kickoff part to NBA All-Star Weekend" tonight at 7:00pm ET at Charlotte's Stats Restaurant & Bar.
