NHL, Adidas Unveil All-Star Game Jerseys Featuring Team Logos

This will mark the first time that team logos -- in this case the Sharks -- will be worn on the jerseysadidas

Adidas and the NHL today will unveil the jerseys for the All-Star Game that will be played Jan. 26 in San Jose. It will be the first time that an NHL jersey is created by Adidas in partnership with Parley for the Oceans, which uses upcycled marine plastic debris. It also will mark the first time NHL team logos will be worn on jersey fronts in the All-Star Game, which traditionally featured the NHL shield or conference and division logos. The colors of the jerseys -- white for the home team and black for the away team -- were chosen as a nod to the ice and the puck, respectively. The jerseys will be available on Adidas and NHL league and team retail channels for $200. Adidas also will be integrating Parley into several activations at the All-Star Game Fan Fest and inside SAP Center over the course of the weekend.
