Oculus VR CEO BRENDAN IRIBE, whose $31M donation to the Univ. of Maryland in '14 was the "largest gift" in the school's history until last year, brought a letter to Maryland leaders "urging Gov. LARRY HOGAN and others to keep" university President WALLACE LOH in his post. Iribe's letter "emerged as more than 50 of the university's top professors signed their own letter expressing 'deep dismay and profound disappointment' in the regents' actions, which they said diminished the integrity of the school" (WASHINGTON POST, 11/6)....At a fundraiser put on by MD Anderson Cancer Center yesterday, CBS' TONY ROMO interviewed golfer JORDAN SPIETH.
