Greenlight Capital's David Einhorn Revealed As Bucks Minority Owner

Milwaukee-area native and Greenlight Capital Founder & President DAVID EINHORN has "remained a silent investor" in the Bucks "until now," according to Rich Kirchen of the MILWAUKEE BUSINESS JOURNAL. Einhorn's family has "preferred to keep quiet" about his investment. But a story in Thursday’s Wall Street Journal on a “slump” at Greenlight Capital mentions that Einhorn “bought a small piece" of the Bucks in '14. Einhorn shares the "perks of ownership with his family members." Einhorn said, "It’s great -- it’s so much fun." He emphasized that the family -- like the other Bucks minority owners -- is a "passive investor not involved in any business decisions." Einhorn: "We stay out of everything else."
