Buyers & Sellers: Pelicans' Anthony Davis Purchases Cali Mansion

Pelicans C ANTHONY DAVIS bought a mansion in Westlake Village, Calif., for $7.5M. The mansion includes a "home theater, a gym, an infinity pool with water slides, an outdoor kitchen" and an "indoor basketball court." It also includes a "guest house with its own bar" (THEADVOCATE.com, 7/2).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Former NFLer DOMINIC RAIOLA purchased a home in the Paradise Valley Farms neighborhood of Scottsdale for $3.165M. The house has nine bedrooms, seven bathrooms and "sits on one-acre plot of land." It has a "three-car garage and a circular driveway." The home has "storage space for more than 50 bottles of wine, several refrigerators and a pool." Yankees manager AARON BOONE and his wife, LAURA, "sold the house as trustees of the Boone Living Trust" (AZCENTRAL.com, 7/2)....Bears coach MATT NAGY bought a home in Lake Bluff, Ill., for $2.75M. The six-bedroom, 9,400-square-foot home includes "eight baths, two fireplaces, 10-foot ceilings on the first floor and on the lower level, high-end custom millwork and moldings, hardwood floors, Amish custom-built cabinetry, a kitchen with commercial-grade stainless steel appliances, a theater room and a four-car garage." Outside, the property has "views of the ravine and of Lake Michigan" (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 6/28)....Former NFLer MICHAEL VICK listed his home in Davie, Fla., for $1.399M. Built in '05, the 6,300-square-foot home has "six bedrooms and seven bathrooms." The master suite sits downstairs and "holds a lounge with a coffee bar." A theater room "provides indoor entertainment, and out back, a patio with a pool and spa takes in views of a pond" (LATIMES.com, 7/4).
