StubHub Signs Multiyear Deal With Quicken Loans Arena, Cavaliers

StubHub has signed a multiyear agreement with the Cavaliers and AXS to become an official ticket marketplace for the NBA team and Quicken Loans Arena. Similar to a joint ticket marketplace in place for T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, StubHub will integrate with AXS, and tickets to Cavaliers games and other events at the arena will be able to be easily listed and resold on both StubHub and AXS’ Flash Seats Marketplace. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal will begin with the ’18-19 NBA season. “This relationship with StubHub further expands their integration with AXS by creating an additional distribution channel for Cavs tickets, with all the convenience, reliability and security that comes with Flash Seats,” said AXS Senior VP/Sports Brian Peunic. StubHub will also gain a series of marketing assets, including signage at the arena.
