EXECS: ESPN named Fox Sports VP/Strategy & Content CHARA-LYNN AGUIAR VP/Strategy. She will report to Exec VP/Affiliate Sales & Marketing JUSTIN CONNOLLY. Based in N.Y., Aguiar will oversee the net's integrated strategy efforts working across all business areas (ESPN)....The Phillies named Lightning VP/Innovation SEAN WALKER CTO. He will "oversee the organization's cybersecurity efforts." Walker also has had stints with the NBA and PGA of America (PHILLY.com, 3/19)....The Red Sox promoted VP/Fan Services & Ballpark Entertainment SARAH MCKENNA to Senior VP/Fan Services & Ballpark Entertainment. McKenna, who joined the team in '02, also has oversight of Red Sox Productions (MASSLIVE.com, 3/18)....Learfield named BRIAN BILLE GM and PATRICK JUDICE Manager of Business Development for its new Univ. of Louisiana-Lafayette's Ragin' Cajuns Sports Properties team (Learfield)....Complexity Gaming named former ESL Senior Partnership Manager DANIEL HERZ CRO. Last November, Cowboys Owner JERRY JONES and real estate investor JOHN GOFF acquired a controlling stake in Complexity (Ben Fischer, Staff Writer).
