Learfield Sports named AEG Global Partnerships VP/Digital, Social Media & Marketing SCOTT CARLIS Senior VP/Digital Media, reporting to both Learfield CRO ANDY RAWLINGS and COO MARC JENKIN (Learfield). Learfield also hired Bowling Green State Univ. AD CHRIS KINGSTON to "oversee certain collegiate relationships in the company’s south region." Kingston's last day at BGSU will be May 10. The school "has not named an interim replacement." Kingston will work at Learfield’s Plano, Texas, HQ and report to Senior VP ANDREW WHEELER (Toledo BLADE, 4/12).

EXECS: ESPN Deportes promoted VP/Programming & Business Initiatives FREDDY ROLON to VP & GM (ESPN)....Premier Partnerships named Optimum Sports Associate Dir SETH FRANKENTHAL Dir of Valuation & Consulting for its Chicago Office and promoted SPENCER WOLF to Dir of Marketing Services at its N.Y. office (THE DAILY)....The Univ. of Michigan named DOUG GNODTKE to the newly created position of Exec AD & Chief of Staff. He worked in the school's athletic department from '00-05 and followed new UM AD WARDE MANUEL to previous stops at at Buffalo and UConn (DETROIT FREE PRESS, 4/12)....Fox Sports Communications Manager EMILY PARKER last week left the net after several years in the role. She is moving from N.Y. to Cincinnati to take a communications job with the Bengals (John Ourand, Staff Writer)....Skier JEAN-LUC BRASSARD, who earlier this year "criticized the Canadian Olympic Committee's handling of alleged sexual harassment" by former President MARCEL AUBUT, "has stepped down" as Canada Chef de Mission for the Rio Games. The COC yesterday said he was leaving for "business and personal reasons" (CP, 4/11).
