Brad Brown Leaves Anheuser-Busch After More Than 20 Years

Anheuser-Busch VP/Sports & Entertainment Marketing BRAD BROWN has abruptly departed the nation’s largest brewer after more than 20 years there. Brown had been with A-B since '91 and is the latest in a string of marketers and sports marketers to leave since InBev acquired the brewer in '08. Among the high-profile defections over the past year was former A-B President DAVE PEACOCK leaving in January. Meanwhile, former ESPN Senior Dir & Sales Manager BLAISE D'SYLVA was hired as U.S. VP/Media, Sports & Entertainment Marketing earlier this year. A-B’s sponsorship portfolio includes some of the biggest sports properties: the NFL, MLB, NBA, Richard Childress Racing, the Olympics and the FIFA World Cup.
