He will now report to ESPN Senior VP/Marketing CAROL KRUSE (ESPN)….Comcast SportsNet named CASEY PRATT the net’s A’s beat reporter. Pratt joined Comcast in ’09 as a producer working on the network’s signature programs (Comcast SportsNet)….Int'l sports programming net One World Sports named TOM OLIVER Senior Advisor for Market Development & Branding. Oliver formerly had stints at HBO and is co-Founder of DMX Music. One World Sports is “new to the US and features a lengthy roster of cable vets, including former ESPN distribution exec DICK STONE,” and former Comcast and ESPN exec RADAME RODRIGUES (CABLEFAX DAILY, 5/21).

EXECS: In this week’s SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, Terry Lefton reports GMR hired Izod IndyCar Series Senior Dir of Business Affairs SARAH DAVIS as VP/Client Management in its Charlotte office. Davis will oversee the HBO, Speed, Cintas and Best Buy accounts. Meanwhile, Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment named CHRIS ALLPHIN VP of its new L.A. office, which is headed by JEFF KNAPPLE and “concerned largely with venue revenue.” Allphin worked for Knapple “for 12 years at Wasserman Media Group and Envision” (SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, 5/21 issue)….The Central Florida Sports Commission named JOHN BISIGNANO President & CEO, replacing SAM STARK who left in October to serve in a similar role for the Chicago Sports Commission. Bisignano formerly served as ESPN Wide World of Sports Manager of Business Development (BIZJOURNALS.com, 5/18)....The WTA named Translation Senior VP/Sports & Entertainment Partnerships CHRIS WALLACE VP/Communications. Wallace also spent over a decade in senior communications positions with the NBA at both the league and team levels (WTA)….The Ravens promoted Dir of Player Personnel ERIC DECOSTA to Assistant GM. DeCosta is considered the “heir apparent" to GM OZZIE NEWSOME (Baltimore SUN, 5/18).
