EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Chicago-based PR agency Cramer-Krasselt named ANDREW
     CLARK VP/Dir of Sports & Event Marketing.  Previously, Clark
     was VP/Group Manager at Edelman PR (Cramer-Krasselt)....The
     Football Network (TFN) named Helicon Cable Senior VP DAVID
     BAUM to its Board of Directors (TFN)....RANDY MOORE was
     named a sales rep for ESPN The Magazine.  Moore, based in
     N.Y., was previously the National Advertising Account
     Manager for USA Today Baseball Weekly.  ESPN The Magazine
     also named ED LOHMANN to the sales staff and will be based
     in the Detroit office (ESPN The Magazine)....SportsChannel
     FL named MICHELLE FREEMAN as PR Manager.  Freeman previously
     worked as Dir of Media Relations for FL Citrus Sports in
     Orlando (SportsChannel FL)....NC-based sports marketing
     agency ISP Sports has promoted STEVEN BRAINE to GM/Assistant
     VP.  Braine will be based in Cincinnati.  ISP has also named
     JOHN MASON as Associate GM.  Mason will work primarily with
     the firm's Univ. of Cincinnati property (ISP).
