HENRY EYES DEVELOPER TO MAKE BALLPARK A COMMERCIAL PROJECT

          Marlins Owner John Henry said that he has "talked with
     a prominent," unidentified developer, marking the start of
     "building a ballpark as the anchor of a commercial
     development" in South FL, according to Alan Snel of the Ft.
     Lauderdale SUN-SENTINEL.  Henry said that it is "too early
     to say" whether the ballpark development would be "in an
     urban or suburban setting," but the idea is for the
     developer to "serve as a partner" with the Marlins to
     develop "potential uses such as stores, restaurants, hotels
     and apartments" around the facility (SUN-SENTINEL, 2/2).
