          In N.Y., Richard Sandomir reports that Fox's Nancy-
     Kerrigan-Tonya Harding special set for February 5 -- the day
     before the Winter Olympic opening ceremonies on CBS -- "has
     run afoul" of the USOC, which will deny the net's request
     for '94 Olympic skating footage.  USOC Dir of Communications
     Mike Moran: "We won't participate."  USOC Exec Dir Dick
     Schultz: "It appears to be an attempt to ambush [CBS].  ...
     It's unfortunate for them to celebrate a real low point of
     the Olympics when there are so many other positive stories
     to talk about" (N.Y. TIMES, 1/13)....Keith Olbermann will
     join SportsFan Radio Network starting February 2 as a
     contributor.  Olbermann will host "Just a Minute with Keith
     Olbermann," a daily 60-second feature (VARIETY, 1/12).
