FAIRWAYS IN CYBERSPACE: GOLF DIGEST/US WEST JOIN GOLF.COM

     NBC, US West and GolfData announced that US West and Golf
Digest have become equity partners in "golf.com," the NBC and
GolfData Corp. World Wide Web site.  US West will purchase up to
a 15% share of the site, while Golf Digest will receive a five
percent share in exchange for exclusive rights to Golf Digest
content (NBC).
     INTERZINE ON LAND: Interzine Productions acquired the
GolfAmerica course directory and launched golfcourse.com in
conjunction with its current iGolf site on the World Wide Web.
Golfcourse.com features more than 16,000 golf courses from around
the world and Interzine will continue licensing the directory and
selling related CD-ROM's, software and books (AD AGE ONLINE,
9/11).
