FORTUNE magazine as a lead-in to a feature on charisma and its
importance in the corporate world (FORTUNE, 1/15).... JOHN
MCENROE will reportedly sign on with the Champions Tour (N.Y.
POST, 1/17)....The USGA has named CHARLES ECKSTEIN as the
recipient of its first Joseph C. Dey Jr. award in recognition of
his work as a volunteer.  Eckstein has served on the USGA's Green
Section Committee since '54 (USGA).
