EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     SONNY HILL has been hired by Spectacor as Administrative
Advisor for the new CoreStates Spectrum.  Hill, who has been a
coach, broadcaster, radio host and summer-league organizer in
Philadelphia for forty years, will be responsible for community
relations and ethnic marketing for the complex (PHILADELPHIA
DAILY NEWS, 11/22). ....President Casinos has hired JAMES ZWEIFEL
as VP and CFO.  Zweifel most recently served as Exec Dir of FANS
Inc., the group that organized St. Louis' acquisition of the Rams
(ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH, 11/22)....DePaul AD BILL BRADSHAW has
been given a five-year contract extension by the school.
Bradshaw has been DePaul's AD for ten years (DePaul)....DICK
VITALE and BUCKY WATERS have been named to the Board of Directors
of the V Foundation, the charitable organization dedicated to
finding a cure for cancer founded by ESPN and the late Jim
Valvano (V Foundation).
