REEBOK NAMED SUPPLIER AND LICENSEE OF '96 OLYMPIC GAMES

     Reebok has been named as a Supplier and an Official Licensee
of the '96 Atlanta Games.  As Supplier, Reebok will provide
footwear to the '96 U.S. Olympic Team and officials, as well as
employees and volunteers of ACOG and ACOP.  Selected Reebok
footwear will also be designated Official Licensed Products of
the Games.  In addition, Reebok will produce and market
videocassette programs and/or TV programming under its ACOP
license.  Reebok will also be granted access rights to the
Olympic Athletes Village where the company will create a product
distribution center to help ACOG ensure Olympic competitors
receive the best possible service.  Among the National Olympic
Committees Reebok sponsors and equips are Russia, Brazil,
Ireland, Jamaica, New Zealand, Poland and South Africa (Reebok).
