Reebok signed a deal with the Cleburne school district in
Cleburne, TX, to allow all high school athletes to buy Reebok
footwear and apparel at a discount. Cleburne is the first high
school to be involved with Team Reebok (FT. WORTH STAR-TELEGRAM,
9/20)....In a fashion preview in the BOSTON GLOBE, Pamela
Reynolds writes that hockey jerseys, like those worn by Snoop
Doggy Dogg "are out." And soccer jerseys "are in." Reynolds:
"It is soccer goalie shirts, in particular, that have supplanted
the short-lived reign of hockey style in teen-age circles." In
Boston, the best sellers include Brazil, Germany and Ireland.

President & COO Tom Clarke denied rumors Nike will buy
Timberland, a maker of casual shoes and boots. Clarke: "That's
just not in the cards right now. We don't feel they're a

up another 5% yesterday to a new 52-week high of $38. The move
