BUFFALO'S MINOR LEAGUE PARK GETS A FUNKY NEW NAME

     North American Health Plans has acquired the naming rights
for the stadium formerly known as Pilot Field in Buffalo in a 13-
year deal.  The park will be known as "North AmeriCare Park," in
recognition of the company's newly-formed HMO subsidiary (NAHP).
Under the agreement, North American will pay $175,000 for the
first three years of the contract, $225,000 for the next three
years and $300,000 for the final seven years.  The company will
provide the city of Buffalo with $50,000 in consultation services
in the areas of health insurance (City of Buffalo).
