Ticket Demand Surges For Nationals World Series Games

The average resale price of a Nationals World Series ticket is $1,302, with a get-in price of $936 for standing-room only, according to SeatGeek data. That is the hottest Nats ticket SeatGeek has ever tracked, and one of the hottest tickets it has seen in recent DC sports history. Since the site began tracking ticket prices in '10, this is the third most in-demand World Series, behind the Cubs' through-the-roof average of $4,111 in '16 and the Dodgers' $1,296 in '17 (numbers from a few days before each Series began). Game 3 in DC has an average price of $1,328, with $1,245 for Game 4 and $1,399 for a potential Game 5.

In terms of DC events, the World Series games are currently topped only by the Capitals' Stanley Cup Final run last year. Games 3 and 4 of that series in DC averaged $1,397 on the secondary market.
