NYCFC Moves Playoff Game To Citi Field After ALCS Delay

NYCFC has moved next Wednesday's MLS Cup Eastern Conference Semifinal from Yankee Stadium to Citi Field. This comes after MLB's postponement of Astros-Yankees ALCS Game 4 from tonight to tomorrow "forced [the MLS] team's hand." NYCFC "decided weeks ago, there's too much to do -- seats to assign, a field to be installed at Citi Field, etc. -- to wait any longer." NYCFC will face the winner of Saturday's Toronto FC-DC United playoff match (TWITTER.com, 10/16).
