MLB Rolls Out New Format For All-Star Fan Voting

The players with the "three highest vote totals at each position will be announced" June 21 at 4:00pm ET on MLB Network. The second phase, "The Starters Election," will begin at noon ET "five days later and last for 28 hours." MLB is partnering with Google for the online-only voting system (ESPN.com, 5/28).
