76ers, Sponsor Four’N Twenty Bring Back Aussie Theme Night

The 76ers tonight will stage their second Australian Heritage Night while hosting the Heat, and sponsor Four’N Twenty is activating with a new product launch and ad campaign. The Australian food brand will debut its Traveller meat pies to the Philadelphia market at the game, accompanied by a campaign with the tagline, "Your Ice-Cold Beer’s New Best Friend." In addition to Melbourne-born Ben Simmons playing for the 76ers, another Aussie athlete, Eagles OT Jordan Mailata, will ring the ceremonial bell at the start of the game at Wells Fargo Center.

Four’N Twenty CMO Anand Surujpal said the brand is "putting down roots" in Philadelphia, and Simmons to date has been a "great friend of the brand." Surujpal referred to Philly as "our adopted home town," before adding, "We will be expanding to other markets in the U.S. in the future and will always try to have a tie-in to the great Australian athletes that are here."
