TNT's Craig Sager Returning To The Air For Bulls Home Game

TNT's Craig Sager, who has been battling leukemia, will return to the air for tonight's Thunder-Bulls telecast. Sager said, "My plan is not to ease into it, but to come back full-blast." Sager, known for his suits, dropped "significant weight" during his treatment, "rendering most of his kaleidoscopic closet oversized and unwearable." Sager said he will debut a new jacket tonight with "a little Bulls flavor" (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 3/5). Sager: "The fact that I haven't been allowed in an arena for 11 months ... it's going to be a different experience" (CHICAGO TRIBUNE, 3/5).
