CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE- $995

Registration fees must be paid by November 20, 2019. Only credit card payment for new registrations will be accepted after this date. If you need to cancel your registration, you may transfer to a member of your organization prior to the conference. Otherwise, all paid cancellations will be subject to a $295 administrative fee and the partial refund will be reimbursed in the same manner in which payment was received. In lieu of a partial refund, paid registration cancellations are eligible for a credit voucher to apply to another conference within one calendar year of issue date. In case of conference cancellation, the organizer’s liability is limited to refund the conference registration fee only. The organizers reserve the right to alter this program without prior notice.
