Harris is an Associate Attorney at ESG Law, the leading law firm in the esports industry. With ESG, Harris represents seven of ten North American League Championship Series teams, sevn of twelve Overwatch League and their non-endemic partners, such as the owners and ownership groups of Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Devils, Colorado Rockies, Texas Rangers, Cleveland Cavaliers, Golden State Warriors, and several others. Harris has worked directly with game developers and league operators to negotiate for fairer revenue sharing and governance agreements on behalf of ESG's clients. He has also played an important role in working on some of the industry's largest sponsorship deals, player contracts and player transfers, in addition to numerous other transactional matters. Harris is the first attorney to file an EB-1A visa application on behalf of an esports player. Prior to joining ESG, Harris worked as the Chief of Operations and Association General Counsel for H2K where he helped broker one of the largest acquisitions of a European based team. In his career, Harris has contributed to notable publications like ESPN, and the Daily Dot, where he has written about important topics such as governance and esports economics. Harris has led marketing efforts that have garnered international attention and appeared in notable publications like ESPN, Yahoo News, The Score, and several other major news providers.
