The High-A Wisconsin Timber Rattlers promoted KYLE FARGEN to director of ticket sales, TYLER VANROSSUM to director of ticket operations, and JON BELLIS and NOAH FEINSTEIN to senior ticket account managers.

BASKETBALL

BSE Global named MARIBETH GAINARD chief human resources officer. Gainard was vice president of product-to-market at ecommerce startup Adore Me.

The Oklahoma City Thunder named ADAM WEXLER director of information technology. Wexler was manager of sports and entertainment technologies for the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Red Wings.

FOOTBALL

The Las Vegas Raiders hired JUSTIN CARLEY as general counsel and promoted QIAVA MARTINEZ to chief sales officer.

HOCKEY

The Los Angeles Kings hired AARON COONEY as manager, hockey communications, and JUSTIN CUMMINGS as hockey communications specialist.

KemperLesnik hired DOUG MANNING as senior vice president of business development. Manning was president of Atlanta sponsorship and activation agency You Are Here.
