Olga Harvey
Chief Strategy and Impact Officer

Leighton joined WSF in February after spending nearly 12 years as the Pac-12’s CMO, where she led both the creation of a conferencewide fan data and analytics program, and a first-of-its kind outbound ticket sales and sponsorship arm for its members. Joining the WSF in the same year Title IX turns 50, Leighton will be responsible for growing the group’s many partnerships and research efforts across women’s sports. Harvey was studying economics in Moscow when, at the age of 19, she left her native Russia with a suitcase and a tennis racket to enroll at Cornell. She graduated with a business and marketing degree and had a 19-year career at Daymon Worldwide, a brand development firm, before a two-year stint as senior director of development for Arthur Ashe’s New York Junior Tennis & Learning organization. She joined WSF in 2017 and has launched two fellowship programs designed to help lessen the gender gap among coaches in sports.
