Woodward, who directs the beer maker’s sponsorship strategy and negotiates partnerships across the company’s portfolio of brands in the U.S. and Canada, was instrumental in Michelob Ultra’s deal with the NWSL that pledged $100 million to support gender equality in sports. During her seven-year tenure with AB, the brand continued its long-standing partnership with the WNBA, and Busch Light committed to sponsor every woman driver in NASCAR. Before joining AB, Woodward worked eight years with the Rams in St. Louis as director of marketing and advertising. She also started a female fan group, Ladies Football Club, and the Rams Kids Club, which grew to over 5,000 members.
